I had reached the same conclusion that the crew had likely already hit the TOGA switch before we actually touched down, and we reached the runway just in the moment that the jets were spooling up (as we seemed to head back up almost instantaneously after touchdown).

sbiddle thanks so much for the video, that's very cool to see. Given what a short time we were on the runway for, I agree that we do appear to have touched down past the TZL markers. It looks a bit less dramatic from your webcam vantage point up on the hill, as it really flattens out the apparent angles of climb etc, but very cool to see nonetheless, thanks for sharing!
