So-so, but we have to remember that this hotel has just opened!

Which room did you book and which upgrade did you receive?
Booked WA-KA-RAN Bay View Suite, received same.

How are the rooms?
61SQM. located on 3rd (Penthouse) floor. This Suite is the 2nd highest category room. But, I believe this Suite is the best room in this hotel coz the highest Suite (KAPITAN Garden Terrace Suite) is located on the ground floor and has no view. 65 inch Toshiba LCD TV, BOSE Bluetooth audio, Nespresso, sofa set, and dining table.

How is the exec. lounge?
This hotel does not have exec. lounge.

What was your welcome gift?
Castella cake (Nagasaki Specialty), and handkerchief

What was good?
+++++++++ Best location for sightseeing. Very close to Oura Cathedral (National Tresure of Japan), Glover Garden, and famous Si Hai Lou noodles restaurant.
+++++++++ Elegant design (Renovated from the old monastery)

What was bad?
----- No Bar
----- Limited restaurant menu
----- To get to the hotel, you have to climb a steep gradient of about 20%. (I strongly recommend the use of a taxi for arrival and departure from this hotel.)
----- Hotel doesn't follow IHG global standard in many parts. (Coz this hotel is the owner's first IHG hotel. This owner mainly operates Marriott hotels).
