I earned One World Emerald via Alaska Mileage Plan 75K about a month ago. I'm flying out today on CX, and although it has my correct MP number, it shows Sapphire instead of Emerald.

I've seen threads where people instruct check-in agents to swap out their status to a different FF program, so they can earn on one while use the benefits of another, but in this case the FF number is the correct one which should have Emerald.

Any idea how to get this fixed, I would like to leverage the Emerald benefits in my layover in HKG (1st class lounge)?
