Buying TB doesn't earn you PQP (except maybe outside of whatever your credit card gives you on spend).
PQP earned based on TB spent is the same as cash spent - it posts after you completed your flight.
You’d have to charge $9,600 to your United credit card to get 480 PQP. Even then, credit card PQP does not count toward PlusPoints milestones.
