How close to departure can fully refundable fares be cancelled?
Like the title says, what’s the latest that I can cancel a fully refundable domestic economy fare? Right up until departure? An older thread that I stumbled on said that one could possibly obtain a refund even as a no-show? Like calling to request a refund after the missed flight? I’m having trouble finding the specific rules for these fares on United’s website or in the email confirmations that I've received.
