I don't know these for certain, mostly just rumor-mongering, but for PHX the Escape lounge seems the most likely candidate, and for DEN there is a (somewhat small) SkyClub in the A Concourse that seems the obvious candidate (except for its size). (While all concourses at DEN are connected airside, I believe international arrivals must come into the A gates, since traveling between the other concourses requires the use of a train. I'd be pretty surprised if they towed the AF flight to B or C for boarding, especially since DL domestic is already in A.)
