Just adding a data point that calling the US number the agents I spoke to showed no availability on CZ flights LAX-CAN and were adamant there wasn't any way to look up availability otherwise but EF showed availability in both Economy and Business. Calling the AA Australian number, the first agent I spoke too, who was SG based, could look up the flight directly and saw the availability.
wonder if we need to provide some 'hints' to agents that doesnt' know how to look them up.... did the SG based person told u if he or she used any specific tools? I think most of them doesnt' know how to look up CZ flights.
