Indeed, so just after I submitted the earlier post, both the ATC and cancellations came through. BA113 is a B78X service cancelled 2 hours before the scheduled departure. It looks like an aircraft shortage but that's speculation on my part.

LECM (Madrid) Several sectors regulated due to ATC Capacity - Moderate delays.
LFRR (Brest) G sector regulated due to ATC Equipment (Radio antenna issues) - Low to moderate delays.
LPPC (Lisbon) Centre Upper (F345<) sector regulated due to ATC Capacity - Moderate delays.

Weather: Dry & bright conditions into the afternoon and remaining dry overnight.
