Comments: Booked on the walk from the tube station so no upgrade available, at check in they let me spin the Elite wheel because of no upgrade, I got 10,000 Bonvoy points.

Comments: A large suite with a full kitchen inc washer/drier, microwave & fridge freezer etc. No dedicated lounge, but all day hot/soft drinks from the bar and a decent evening spread in the main restaurant.
