Automatic renewal / extension of 1K/ status for TLV travelers
I just received a message extending my 1K until 1/2026, even though I did not earn it.

"We understand that the suspension of our Tel Aviv flights may have disrupted your travel plans and your path to requalify for MileagePlus® Premier® 1K® status for 2025. Because of this, your current Premier status will be extended through January 31, 2026.

Next year, as a MileagePlus® Premier® 1K® member you’ll also receive a deposit of 280 PlusPoints into your account"

Now I did do one international trip in Polaris during the short interval that UA were operating to Israel in 2024. I wonder if they renewed for everyone?
