SNAs now near-worthless at this property

Following up on other posts here about using SNAs, it seems that they've changed the category for a SNA from a Junior Suite (of which they had many but which were really just regular rooms with a bit more space) to an Empyreal Suite, of which there appear to be only a few or maybe one (top floor only), but which is a true suite. I checked numerous dates in 2025 and the earliest I could find an Empyreal Suite available was in July, and then only on limited days. Personally I'd rather have the upgrade be to a worse room and actually be available than one that is a better room but requires reservations 6+ months in advance. So for me unfortunately this means one less property where suite upgrades can be used easily; there are very few in NYC at this point I think.
