Wait, really? Any idea how long this is going on? (Been on a 2 month travel hiatus until this week.)
Just looked at fares Weds night (big rainstorm, but stlll!) Uber and Lyft were $270 and $300 from Chelsea to T4. GF and I hopped on the E train. Had to schlep a pretty heavy bag down a flight of stairs, but saved about 20 mins and $250.
Prices have gotten (been) insane -but add a little bus hop to the mix and it's an absolute Hell No from me.
Are taxis still at the terminal curb?

Also note that for now, T4 pickups involve catching a bus from the terminal to a remote pickup lot near Federal Circle. We encountered this last month and it was a huge PITA.
