Birria Bowl on BOS-SEA, with a warm olive bread roll and some monstrosity of a — I think — sauteed peppers and cloves salad.
The Birria was spectacular, tons of flavor without being aggressively salty. It's up there as one of the best meals I've had on a plane. Ice cream was Gingerbread Snickerdoodle.
I know it's a meal thread — but the crew was fantastic, PDBs, glass never went more than half empty, multiple snack rounds after ice cream.
