Before the pandemic, AS offered both soup and salad on transcon dinners and they had a small smoothie shot “appetizer” on the breakfast flights. It wasn’t much more food, but a little more than they are serving currently, plus the nuts were in a real ramekin and weren’t mixed with pretzels.
