The menu didn't say 100th anniversary Hibiki on my flight in question, however another poster helped with that. The link you gave for the Hibiki doesn't relate to that offered on board I'm afraid, as it's not the Harmony blend.

What are your experiences of these and how they compare to Scotches such as Lagavulin, Talisker or Caol Ala, for example?
