Cartera claims all of three are non-resposive to their inquiries. All were tracked and I have a screenshot of the "congratulations" message. These folks are begging for a class action lawsuit.
It blows my mind they list these companies on their site and promote them, but then are unable to get points out of them.
Viator worked fast for me on Rakuten.
Come to think of it most things work faster and more reliably there...
