Surely this can't be AC's fault, bringing musical instruments on board is certainly a new concept introduced in 2024. You gotta give AC about a decade to train their agents on the process.

Because somehow that doesn't sound as ridiculous as the situation AC managed to create for themselves.

As always with AC: it's never their fault, it's always one of their "partners", it never "represents the values and level of customer service commitment at Air Canada", and they'll point to some incorrectly interpreted legislation/rule/regulation as an excuse for the behaviour.
