For me I fly enough the Admirals Club entry and immediate access to institutional-grade food is enough (although I wish they would change the institutional-grade menu far more often). I use up some but not all of the Citi give-back credits (there used to be more and better). But just having a quiet place at the airport is quite helpful, and the rebooking assistance can make it money well-spent. But not my primary card.
