The pool of Amex Biz Hilton cardholders is tiny, so if they abuse this, it might not register.
But the pool of Amex Biz Platinum is much, much larger and Amex might care all of a sudden.
The $50 quarterly credit on the Surpass reportedly also works for gift cards and I believe that pool of cardholders is a lot larger. So far they haven't cared and lets hope they continue not to.
