I booked a ticket using AS miles on QR. However, the QR resevation is showing I have zero baggage allowance. I called QR and messaged them via Twitter and they said they are not seeing any baggage allowance and I should contact AS. I called AS and tried to convince them to reissue the ticket, but they said they are seeing the baggage allowance under their PNR, and therefore will not reissue the ticket. Once I inisisted more, they said they added a note / remark to the reservation that QR should be able to see, explaining that I should be allowed two bags (I'm flying to the US). I called QR again and they said they are not able to see any remarks added to the reservation.

Any suggestions on what I should tell AS to get them to reissue the ticket?
