So true. I spent a good part of the day yesterday calling and chatting with AS phone and chat agents. They did not have a clue what I was talking about. They told me that baggage allowance for award booking is based on QR's baggage policy and provided the link. I'm still trying to sort this out. Will be calling again and ask for the international desk and see how it goes.
