Other than the OTP requirement itself, there's one email with the OTP. And then another one saying "New Sign In Detected".
And that's just to log in.
To do anything else, only if just a query - even after this convoluted log in - is another set of emails and OTPs.
I have accounts in three banks and they're nowhere near as OTP / validation obsessed. And this is just an FFP!

Well to top it off... I have a phone number issue because kiddo Piper and I have the same phone number linked to the FFP. Which was fine ealier but now AI's insisting kiddo buys an iPhone or something (because I'm certainly not going to). So I have to wait and wait and wait for my OTP to arrive via email. And yes there's those confirmations....

AI was facing serious FFP fraud... mostly because I think AI employees and contractors were corrupt... but as usual they've gone to far in the other direction... to annoy customers.
