I'm sorry you are yet to receive the double Tier Points for your trip.
I have contacted the Executive Club servicing team and they have advised there is an ongoing issue adding promotional Tier Points to bookings with return flights from 16 - 22nd November. This is actively being looked into and the points will appear in your account as soon as this is fixed.
I am sorry for the inconvenience caused.
Ha the exact dates of the flights I have chased. It would be nice to get the 500 points at some point.
