The Ambassador Spa next to the IGA lounge supposedly has one. As far as hotels go, I am not aware of any reputable hotel on Earth that operates any such services all night long, those that do generally are doing so for different reasons..........that have nothing to do with what you say you are looking for (someone will inevitably name some sort of BKK spa setup............which sort of proves my point).
