After looking at the prices I can see why I have never seen them, and as you say nothing more than peace of mind for someone who’s not capable/comfortable with going through an unfamiliar airport. The original query was about trying to expedite the processes for a fee, which you’ll agree is not possible even by paying.

The Windsor Suite (the discrete avoid the terminal option) costs a minimum of about £3k per visit so you would really have to hate queueing to fork out for that. Most of the reviews concentrate on people using it for departures rather than arrivals, and I have no idea how an airline or baggage handling staff overseas would know you were using it so your baggage probably goes to the carousel and someone retrieves it for you instead.
