How long does it take to receive a refund of miles for cancelled tickets on JAL and JAL Partner awards?



I understand that there is a flat cancellation fee of 3,100 JPY per PNR. I would like to know how long it typically takes before my miles are refunded, as I may want to rebook.



I'm hoping some JAL experts can share their knowledge. I've searched extensively on various forums, and I've also posted in the Newbie thread, as well as on Reddit and Google, but I couldn't find any answers. Thank you!
