Annoying experience today. Called in to see if I could change a flight, the app wasn't letting me do anything. Agent said it wouldn't let him change it either, asked me to hold, and then came back saying it would be $300 add collect if I wanted to change. I said no thanks, I'll stick with what I have, to which he replied "okay, I'll put you back on"
Scary words. And sure enough, I lost my E+ window and was in an E- window. There was an E+ middle available, so I grabbed it, but as I'm too low down the upgrade list, I'm basically out of luck. Somewhat irksome to be stuck in a middle seat for no good reason. Of course not a big deal in the grand scheme of life, but that doesn't make it good!
