Completed a 3 night stay here recently. Highlight of the hotel is definitely the Champagne in the Grand Club. No globalist upgrade was received but nothing appeared available on the app. The room is adequate for a few nights, I would prefer a bit less shower/tub space and more closet and mirror space.
My main complaint is the weight room area of the gym which is the size of a closet and far too small for a 400 room hotel. It could also use more proactive staff to keep one person from supersetting the one bench, floor area and cable machine without letting anyone else work in. After waiting a bit I just took one of his areas and told him to go F himself. The next day I went at 5 am trying to avoid this issue and it was still quite crowded but luckily with more considerate people.
Breakfast was high quality but small in the club. It was quite busy every morning at 7 but cleared out around 7:30. I definitely prefer both the Andaz and PH in Tokyo and will hopefully return to one of them on my next trip to Tokyo.
