What looks like the “official” Hilton site to buy Hilton GCs (https://www.buyhiltongiftcards.com) states “the Hilton Gift Card can only be purchased and shipped to customers in the United States.”

Can it only be redeemed (used for payment) at a (Hilton) hotel in the USA?

Edit: May have answered myself. After clicking “Buy Cards” on the link above, then choosing a design, then clicking Hilton Gift Card Terms and Conditions and then American Express Hilton Worldwide Consumer Gift Card, in a long list of "fine print" saw the information below.

Funds do not expire.
No inactivity fees or other post-purchase fees.
Recipients may obtain a free replacement after a Card's "valid thru" date passes by calling Customer Service at 1-888-846-4308.

Where can the Card be used? Are there any usage restrictions? THE CARD MAY ONLY BE USED AT THE FOLLOWING SELECT MERCHANTS AND RETAILERS AROUND THE WORLD THAT ACCEPT THE AMERICAN EXPRESS CARD (“SELECT MERCHANTS”): Hilton Worldwide portfolio of brands, which include … (my words: list of many Hilton brands) …
