I can confirm and mostly echo what mgef says just above (parking, value, even the 3 times in 7 years!). I was lucky to get the same layout 2b/2b for 43k points/night, along with a 10% points rebate for $50k annual spend on the Hyatt Biz card, so 4 nights cost us ~155k Hyatt points. 2nd floor, #3208.

As of December 1:
Right-side rooms (facing almost directly S) get sun on the lanai off and on most of the day, and almost full sun in the afternoon.
Left-side rooms (facing WSW) looked to get shade until 10a or so, then get a good bit of sun the rest of the day.

Valet staff went over and above when, upon departure, our rental car's battery (thanks, Budget) was completely dead. Ended up having to get it towed, but those guys tried everything to get us on our way back to the airport. Multiple jump packs, borrowing SUVs to try to jump it directly, etc...

Only minor complaint is that they charged the wrong CC for the stay. To be fair, it was one they had on file, but when checking in, I gave them the preferred card but they only pre-authed that one. That and it's almost impossible to get a copy of a bill from a HVC online.

But overall, a good value (great, even, at 155k points) and we enjoyed the stay.

Pro tip: Stop at the Safeway and buy some meat and other items to grill.. They (the Hyatt, not the Safeway) have 4-5 high-end grills that you pick up a grill kit for (tongs, spatula, fork) and you can grill up a storm. Also tables to eat, or you can use the dishes/plates from the room to carry stuff back and forth to the room.
