Some reviews say the service is perfect. When failures occur folks paying

There are a ton of interns/inexperienced team members learning on property even if they are nice
Last years we found the breakfast to be outstanding and the best part of the hotel.
Though the suites were over the top with weird lighting in the bathroom area
Not bad certainly nice but perhaps not my taste
Where do you get better breakfast quality or variety in Sydney?
Thought breakfast was superior to the over rated and pricey Park Hyatt Sydney
By no means was the breakfast bad. I think I’m just a little tired of hotel breakfasts in general so it takes a lot to make me go wow. I meant in the sense that it’s good as expected for the price point (except the croissants weren’t very fresh), but didn’t blow me away like W Bali did for example.
I’m 100% a Bonvoy loyalist, so the only comparable options in Sydney personally are Marriott and Sheraton, and I found breakfast here better than both, although service was a bit slow and not very attentive.
I personally really enjoyed the suite, the design and layout was pretty unique so there was some novelty there, although I couldn’t figure out for the life of me how to turn on the dresser lights.
