This seems like you are getting the mobile skin. If you're on a desktop browser, see the wiki here, or post #3: Switched to mobile view and can't switch back to desktop view

If you're on a smartphone but still want the full desktop view, you may also need to toggle that setting in your browser (in Chrome on Android, 3 dots menu > Desktop site [ ] checkbox)
