IMHO, the Hilton $200, if you can get gift cards with that which easily gives you the full $200 value, is almost as valuable to me as the Dell $400 which is quite difficult to use for many and is thus usually not valued at anywhere close to its full value.
Each $50 GC costs $1.95 in shipping so the value is less than $200 as you have to spend $8 to get it
Having a bunch of $50 GC laying around already. Will add to my collection as I didn't have many hotel expenses lately (and some were covered by the Aspire Resort Credit).
