[JFK-WAW] Story of my huge trauma with Air France...

In what is already a helplessness I didn't think I would ever have to ask for help here too...

The issue is with Air France and how I was treated, although what Air France is doing in my opinion is already a humiliation..

In short I just asked for a refund of 40€ for WiFi not working and Air France cancelled the whole non-refundable booking. The cost I am trying to recover is 1300€...

On 1 October I buy WiFi on board for 40€, WiFi does not work, I ask for a refund, I receive it. 5 October, 30 hours before departure, I receive an email asking me to check back in, I can't do it, the app says to go to the airport. I call the helpline on the day of departure, I am told that I will arrange everything at the airport. 6 hours before departure I get a text message that there will be no WiFi on board - I think ok, it was working poorly anyway. At the airport I get a message that the booking has been cancelled because I asked for it, with a refund for WiFi. I call the helpline, get told I can buy the same tickets and apply for a refund. I buy the more expensive tickets on AirFrance, with a change in Paris, hoping it's all some kind of mistake, PLL LOT flights are half the price, without a change in Paris, on a Dreamliner.

Nowhere was there any cancellation information, Air France did not listen to the calls from the Call Center, all the blame(5,500 PLN on me), they exceeded the 30 days to process the complaint but continue to show me the middle finger. I am able to prove that I had a hotel until 6.10, as of 8.10 I was running out of holiday time...

This is my story of how to turn the dream of a trip to New York, from where we returned engaged, into a trauma.

Perhaps someone is able to help in some way?
