Once BA started service between PDX and LHR, I decided to save a transfer in AMS and gave the BA service a try, and to buy premium economy. While in flight I used the rest room which enable me at the same time to view the economy cabin of a 787. Decided to always travel at least PE in the future.

Departing PDX the flight becomes tedious over Hudson Bay, I reclined my PE seat, went to sleep and was woken by the cabin crew announcing 40 minutes to landing. As another poster said above I can manage without lounge access, although the zoo that was T5A on the way back to PDX made me wonder. It certainly is a good improvement over economy and a nice monetary saving over business.
