How are the rooms?
27SQM. located on 6th floor. Looked recently renovated. 43 inch Toshiba LCD TV, proper work desk, small balcony, and comfortable bed. There are only two rooms in this category in this hotel. It cannot be booked via the web.

What was good?
+++++++++ Best location for sightseeing. Very close to Oura Cathedral (National Tresure of Japan), Glover Garden, and famous Si Hai Lou noodles restaurant.
+++++++++ Good renovation. Room became much brighter and clean.

+++ Room rate is relatively cheap

What was bad?

----- Limited restaurant operation. (Closed for dinner on Thursdays)
----- Bar and tea lounge permanently closed
----- Newspaper did not deliver to my room (other rooms delivered)
