I usually travel with a leather jacket, and I hope it cost a lot less than $3,000 (was a xmas present). Generally speaking, the FAs will go to people with suits, blazers ask them for their jackets but ignore those with other types. I am rarely asked if I want my jacket to be hung up, I tend to go and do it myself to make the point.
