I’m one of those waiting for double TPs from a trip ending on Nov 18. I called the EC Silver line on Monday and was told it might take 10 days or more before the missing points would appear. Not sure if points get credited during the Christmas period, but if no progress by January I suppose the next step will be to make a complaint..
Can you let us know if you get the credits, I am in a similar situation and contacted the EC who said the points were correct, then BAH who said I was missing the double TPs and it would be resolved but I'm still waiting.
