Flights cost 2995.08, taxes 295.08, ba surcharges 900. Expected ((2995.08 - 295.08) / 2 ) * 0.75 = 1012.50. Somehow I suspect fare difference will be less than that.
Did others have a similar experience?
The £300 eVoucher/£200 cash offer is essentially a goodwill gesture on top of anything else. However, as you say, you are entitled to more than just the fare difference.

If the downgrade was recent, you can still get an e-ticket receipt from Finnair which will enable you to break down the fare paid by direction - or we can calculate it for you if you paste the "fare calculation" line from the receipt. Otherwise you have to make an assumption that the outward and return fares were the same - they may not be, of course. In principle though, your calculation is correct.
