I was getting worried because ours from our recent trip ending on the 22nd Nov haven't posted yet. It'll be three weeks tomorrow so I'll log a case on Monday if they haven't posted. Slightly annoying since we've always done really straightforward BAHs, booked direct from the website with the red text saying its double TPs and I've never had a problem before.
I’m one of those waiting for double TPs from a trip ending on Nov 18. I called the EC Silver line on Monday and was told it might take 10 days or more before the missing points would appear. Not sure if points get credited during the Christmas period, but if no progress by January I suppose the next step will be to make a complaint..
