Had clubworld booking LGW-CUN-LGW. Return leg was involuntarily downgraded to WT+.
Email offered compensation of 300 eVoucher or 200 cash. And also additionally "fare difference between CW and WT+". Which I am sort of confused by, given I was expecting 75% refund.
Flights cost 2995.08, taxes 295.08, ba surcharges 900. Expected ((2995.08 - 295.08) / 2 ) * 0.75 = 1012.50. Somehow I suspect fare difference will be less than that.
Did others have a similar experience?
