Does anyone experience issues with JAL website? On the main page I am unable to look flights from Japan (only US) - tried one way and roundtrip, also on JMB profile page I see notification that redeeming miles for awards are currently unavailable and there not single item is available.
I also tried app and cannot enter Tokyo as fly "from" to book flight.
Anyone?
