Aisle service allows you to book a midsize car and pick any car available off the Emerald Club Aisle.
Emerald Reserve allows you to book the car type you want, for example an SUV and proceed directly to the SUV section of the lot, pick any SUV and proceed to the gate.
both services allow you to bypass the counter, it is really a matter of what type of car you would like to reserve.
