As advised by users here, I opened an Avios Plus account and credited my Cathay flights (ZRH - HKG, HKG - KIX, FUK - HKG - ZRH) to Iberia Plus, I gave my card number when booking.
However, a month after flying, the Avios do not appear in my account so I submitted a claim for the missing Avios on the Iberia website.
They just informed me that "the Avios for flight no. CX589 on 11/10/2024 have not been credited to your account because the purchase conditions were not met.

When I access my personal area, there is no information beyond "rejected".
The flights were on 25.10.24-26.10.24 and 10.11.24-11.11.24 and Premium Economy seats with Fare basis EO99SWAR so E Class booking.
Why could this be, what have I done wrong?
Only CX589 not credited? Something to do with that FUK-HKG sometimes is operated by HK Express? Non Oneworld.
