Don’t count on that. I emailed them and they replied but no action taken and no support ticket opened and no more response for 2,5 weeks. Now I learnt how to check open tickets. App - Me - three lines upper right - customer claims.
I called customer support to have them at least open a ticket but no. Called again two days later and this person finally opened a ticket for me. All these weeks of waiting an I’m last in the queue.
