I flew KQ886 on November 15th and KQ887 on November 20th, but neither has posted successfully. Claiming miles always results in an error. How can this be resolved? Should I contact Kenya Airways or SAS?

I am sure booking class is Q, and EBG number on my boaring pass.
I was on KQ886 on Nov 15,
my miles are still missing, Kenya is the last airline to complete the requirements.
