How do you know the retro credit is pending? How did you requested that retro credit (email/phone/website)?
Today I flew my 15th airline and later today I will be taking my 16th airline. As someone that has 9 flights that have not credited I appreciate any help...
Not an expert but based on my experiences:
It takes a couple days for some to be credited. I had 11/15 credited automatically.
UX retroclaimed with the web form instantly.
AF: Claimed succesfully via call (Mine shows a manual points entry labeled AF1400 ticket# PNR Accrual Error).
Tarom: half successfully claimed (They responded, sent them my BP. My case is "in progress" but it says "Flown tickets please reward customer with the points").
VN: Opened a claim but is still labeled "new", they haven't responded for 4 days.
After you call or email, they open a case. The phone cases open immediately while the email takes about 24 hours. You can see your cases on the app. If the eurobonus department hasn't responded to a case, it is labeled "new". If they responded it is labeled "In Progress".
