The focus of everything at AS is SEA. Doesn't mean they won't throw some crumbs to PDX here and there. They run enough domestic to/ from PDX that a properly timed, connection oriented PDX-NRT flight would do quite well, especially given the vastly superior transit experience that PDX offers over SEA. PDX arrivals is obviously a different story....
