gregorio1 Those upcoming properties are all still there; Hyatt just isn't promoting the pipeline on the new website the way the old, Lindner-backed one did. The current verified pipeline stands as such:
- me and all hotel flims / Flims, Switzerland / 2024
- me and all hotel berlin east side / Berlin, Germany / Q3 2025
- me and all hotel leipzig / Leipzig, Germany / Q4 2025
- me and all hotel stuttgart / Stuttgart, Germany / Q1 2026
- me and all hotel hamburg reeperbahn / Hamburg, Germany / Q1 2027
The next two are supposed to open by 2026/2027, but don't have confirmed dates yet:
- me and all hotel hamburg st. georg / Hamburg, Germany
- me and all hotel lübeck / Lübeck, Germany
Between two countries, they've already got more properties lined up than the Caption, Ziva, Zilara, Impression, Zoëtry, Vivid, Sunscape and Miraval portfolios, ha. I heard that Hyatt is very excited to push the brand across Europe and worldwide, and now that it's properly embedded in the brand ecosystem, I look forward to them marketing how conversion-friendly it is and then going after ibis Styles, Moxy and other smaller hotels to flip them to me and all. If done right, they can really make this their fastest-growing brand and swell it quickly to land in second- and third-tier cities where they would otherwise never stick one of their bigger box brands in as mentioned upthread.
