Hey There,

I have a small business, and I booked 5 nights for 6 with a rate directly through the hotel. I confirmed with my contact in advance that I would get points for the stay and elite credit. The person at the hotel confirmed, and she offered to throw in 10,000 bonus points.

Anyhow, we complete the stay, and there are no points / nights in my account. I go back and forth with the person at the hotel, and she gets it done. The points are in the account. However, the 5 elite nights are not in there. Now the person at the property is no longer responding to my emails. LOL I need these stupid 5 nights before the EOY to get my target number of nights!

Does anyone have any advice here? Thanks!
